6. What equipment do I need?
You need a basic PC with internet connection. A basic printer (preferably colour) and an e-mail address are also necessary to print the vouchers. top
7. What documentation do I receive in evidence of my booking(s) and payment?
You will receive (at the e-mail address provided to us) a copy of your booked services, an invoice and the respective vouchers for each and every service booked. Where applicable, electronic tickets (e-tickets) and flight vouchers will be dispatched. In the case of Cyprus as is to date, paper/manual tickets (for flights) will be delivered by courier in person. top
8. What is the booking and payment procedure?
Upon booking and payment verification you will receive a copy of your booked services and an invoice with an itemized list of all bookings made. Immediately available services booked will appear as confirmed and the respective vouchers will be sent to the e-mail address provided to us within 24 to 72 working hours. On-request availability bookings will appear as unconfirmed and vouchers will be dispatched in the same manner described above only after supplier confirmation, which is normally received within 24 hours. In case of non-availability of the requested service(s) we shall offer to you alternative options of the same or similar standard and if not accepted by you we shall immediately refund to your account the amount paid to us. top
